Is date fruit good for a pregnant woman?

Many expectant mothers pray for a smooth, natural delivery, and some seek positive blessings. Pregnant women put in a good amount of effort for natural delivery. In today's times, the number of natural deliveries has decreased among pregnant women. That's why the rate of cesarean births is gradually increasing among expectant mothers. In this era where cesarean childbirths are more common.

Let me share a scientifically proven fact:

If 100 people practice it, 96 can have a natural delivery. Many pregnant women are looking for methods that can assist in natural childbirth. It's a simple and favorite thing, but it's scientifically proven to be very helpful for natural delivery. In 2017, Iranians scientifically proved that dates are closely linked to natural delivery.

Pregnant women who are four to five weeks away from delivery were given 75 grams of dates per day. Regardless of the colors of the dates, such as black or red, or any brand, you can take any available dates. 96% of 91 pregnant women were observed to gave birth naturally by eating dates.

Out of which, 40% had a very comfortable delivery in 50% less time. Natural delivery, but 40% had a very comfortable delivery without even needing an injection like oxytocin. This special study has been conducted on date fruit, showing how it helps with natural delivery and yields good results.

The main changes in pregnant women from eating dates are -

Firstly, The compounds in date fruit are useful in widening the uterus. They also help relax pelvic muscles and enable the uterus muscles to push more efficiently. They prepares all the pathways, opening the cervix muscles, allowing the baby to come out more freely. So in 2017, researchers proved that date fruits bring great benefits to pregnant women.

Eating bitter gourd or neem is a little difficult during pregnancy as the mouth feels nauseous. Dates are tasty, and many people fear that eating them will increase their weight. Some people doubt that if they eat too many date fruits, they will be affected by diabetes.

Have you ever doubted that eating vast amounts of sweets or sugar can lead to diabetes?

It is human nature to be suspicious of good things. So, keep all doubts aside; it is good for pregnant women to consume 75 grams of dates twice a day. If you take ten dates in the morning and evening, and it will be 75 grams if they are small in size. Eating these dates twice a day is highly beneficial for pregnant women.

I keep saying that it is better for pregnant women to eat natural food in the morning and evening. It is very good if you eat some seeds that have sprouted in the morning like peanuts or raw coconut. In the evening, it is better to eat soaked almonds, pistachios, cashews, watermelon seeds, etc.

Eating this natural high-protein diet in two meals and adding a dozen dates provides 75 grams per day. Eating dates before five weeks prior to the delivery time will give you the best results, and it is best if you eat dates from the first week. But remember to take 75 grams each day five weeks prior to delivery.

Dates

Eat 30, 40, or 50 grams from the 1st month, but the last 5 weeks prior to delivery date taking 75 grams of dates can yield good results. Because of the sweetness in dates, our teeth will give a jittery sensation in the teeth. You may diversion and may not feel like eating anything else after eating them.

So first, don't eat date fruit directly. If you eat date fruit, you will get such a jittery feeling. The technique of eating this is when you are eating sprouts, put dates in your mouth while chewing sprouts. This means that the sweetness of the date fruit is not affected by eating it with other ingredients without directly touching the tooth.

By eating date fruits like this way, it does not make your teeth feel jittery anymore.

In the evening, while eating soaked nuts, take a few dates and put them in your mouth in the middle of chewing nuts. Eating dates like this not only makes pregnant women feel comfortable but also gives them strength. 100 grams of fresh dates contain 144 kilocalories of energy.

All other fruits contain 30-40 kilocalories, but date seeds have double the energy when compared with them. It is recommended to use them regularly as they increase iron content and.blood circulation, provide instant energy, and reduce lethargy.

Dates are absorbed into the bloodstream faster than any other fruit and provide energy. So, all these are the good benefits of eating date fruits. Some pregnant women are affected by diabetes during pregnancy and take insulin injections.

They can follow the diet that we suggest to reduce diabetes, diabetes will return to normal without insulin. Since then, they will have no problem in eating date fruits. While taking insulin injections when you have diabetes, eating 75 grams of dates will increase your sugar levels more.

It will lead to taking an extra dose of insulin. So, such people should first try to get rid of diabetes and then eat date fruits. Even if you have undergone cesarean operation once, try this tip of eating dates for natural delivery.

Now I'll Explain about best Foods to Increase Amniotic Fluid in Pregnant women.

Amniotic fluid is very important for pregnant women. If its level is low it is not good for the baby. Its optimal level is good for the birth and health of the baby. Let’s look at the importance of amniotic fluid today.

Fruits

Let’s look at the variation in its volume each month and its benefits. What are the risks if its level drops and what should be done to increase its levels?

Today we will look at all these important facts about amniotic fluid. A membrane forms around the fetus 12 days after conception. Amniotic fluid begins to accumulate inside this membrane. This fluid protects the baby.

From the day of conception to delivery, i.e, throughout the period of pregnancy, the thickness of the amniotic fluid varies from 5 cm to 25 cm. It forms and maintains level according to the need of the fetus. So, amniotic fluid volume varies from week to week.

By 34th week the amniotic fluid is between 800 ml and 1000 ml, which is about a liter. By the 40th week its level drops to 400 to 600 ml. The reason is that as the fetus develops it occupies the volume inside the womb.

And as the requirement of amniotic fluid decreases, its volume decreases. The amount of amniotic fluid on the scan during pregnancy is stated in cm. If the thickness of the amniotic fluid is between 5 cm and 25 cm, it is healthy. The thickness should not be less than this.

Let's see how amniotic fluid helps the baby.

Especially it contains antibodies, hormones and nutrients. It's a combination of all these. The development of the fetus takes place inside the amniotic fluid. It acts as a shock absorber to prevent pressure on the fetus. When a pregnant woman bends over or does anything.

It is not good if the pressure falls on the fetus. Therefore, amniotic fluid acts as a shield around the fetus. It is formed inside a membrane and the fetus develops inside the fluid which is why it acts as a shock absorber for the fetus.

Amniotic fluid is great for withstanding pressure. It surrounds and prevents pressure on the fetus. The amniotic fluid is always in a sterile state. Usually surgical instruments like needles, syringes are boiled to sterilize them.

The amniotic fluid creates a sterilized condition for the fetus inside it. Another important benefit of it is that it is important for temperature control. It helps a lot to control the baby's temperature inside the womb.

You all know that the baby receives nutrients, oxygen and many other substances, through the umbilical cord from the mother. If the umbilical cord twists, the baby will not receive nutrients, oxygen, which can harm the baby.

The amniotic fluid prevents the umbilical cord from twisting.

The fetus receives nutrients and oxygen easily as the amniotic fluid, prevents the entangling and twisting of umbilical cord. Amniotic fluid also acts as a lubricant for the baby. Another important advantage is that it allows the free movement of the baby.

The free movement of the fetus inside the amniotic fluid helps baby to grow well. Another benefit of this is that, it helps in bone growth, muscle growth and strength of the baby. It also helps in the development of the baby's lungs.

The lungs do not develop if there is pressure on the fetus. The amniotic fluid absorbs pressure and does not pass on to the fetus. So, It has a lot of benefits for the baby. I hope you all now know got the importance of the optimal levels, of amniotic fluid to the protection of the baby.

When pregnant women bend over, sit, exercise or does any activity, the amniotic fluid relieves stress on the baby. The membrane and the amniotic fluid in it act as a shield for the baby.

Let's look at the possible causes of amniotic fluid depletion, and also the optimal levels of it.

  • One of the causes of amniotic fluid depletion is early pregnancy.
  • The second reason is that the less gap between the two babies' pregnancies.
  • Third, amniotic fluid decreases if blood pressure is high during pregnancy as the blood circulation decreases with high blood pressure.

Amniotic fluid is secreted by the membrane surrounding the fetus. Like how water leaks out from ground. Usually the blood supply decreases during high blood pressure. It therefore affects the formation of amniotic fluid.

Diabetes during pregnancy can also cause amniotic fluid deficiency. For some, amniotic fluid leakage can lead to its reduction. If pregnant women have twins in the womb,.the membrane will be filled with this fluid for both of them.

It reduces the volume of amniotic fluid as the twins take up more space in the womb. Another most important reason for its deficiency is low fluid intake. During pregnancy, women drink less water due to nausea and vomiting.

Some people have a habit of drinking less water even before pregnancy. During pregnancy, they tend to drink even less water. The body becomes dehydrated if not taken in enough water and fluids. So, the amniotic fluid decreases with not taking water.

Water is essential for the formation of amniotic fluid. So, if you take less fluids and water, the amniotic fluid level will decrease. All of these are possible causes of the reduction of amniotic fluid level.

Fruits

Let's see what can be done to raise the amniotic fluid to the optimal level.

Pregnant women should drink 5 liters of water. The World Health Organization recommends that, pregnant women drink 5 to 5.5 liters of water. So it is not good for pregnant women to drink less water.

Drinking enough water lowers blood pressure levels and helps in the formation of amniotic fluid. So, I advise you to drink enough water to keep the pregnancy healthy. Now let's see what to do immediately, if the amniotic fluid level decreases as the months increase.

You should drink 2 liters of water at once in the morning. Doing so creates pressure inside the body. So the body sends water to the parts that need to adjust the pressure. This will reduce the pressure in the blood.

So to increase amniotic fluid levels, drink 1 to 1.5 liters of water in the morning, and then 0.5 to 1.5 liters of water after half an hour. If you drink 2 to 2.5 liters of water in the morning, amniotic fluid forms ideal.

So, drink juices and coconut water along with 5 liters of water it is recommended to prevent high blood pressure and diabetes during pregnancy. Amniotic fluid is formed properly by eating food high in the amino acid L-arginine.

Lets find out which foods are rich in the amino acid L-arginine.

Pumpkin seeds are rich in this amino acid. Zinc is abundant in it and also helps in the development of the baby's brain. It also helps in proper formation of amniotic fluid. You should also take soaked peanuts as they are also rich in this amino acid.

Eat sprouted Bengal gram and soybeans too. Take these four foods as they are rich in L-arginine to increase amniotic fluid. Pregnant women should avoid sweets. If you take in excess salt and sweet, they will reduce the formation of amniotic fluid.

They do not leave water in the body to form useful substances. They generally increase the need for water. Pregnant women should avoid sweet and salty foods and, eat a healthy diet for easy childbirth.

Conclusion:

Lastly, amniotic fluid protects the baby and helps in their development. Therefore, I request pregnant woman to take care to have proper amniotic fluid.
