Each egg weighs between 50 to 60 grams. All eggs lie in the similar weight range. Brown eggs weigh around 50 grams, and farm-raised eggs weigh around 60 grams, differing by 5 to 10 grams. In terms of energy, white eggs give 67 kilocalories, while brown or organic eggs give 84 kilocalories.

There's a difference of 15 to 20 kilocalories between white and brown eggs. This is the first and the main difference. The second main benefit is that both white and brown eggs contain 7 grams of protein. There's no difference in protein content, they are equal in protein quantity.

The third difference is that white eggs contain 4.5 grams of fat, and brown eggs contain 6.5 grams of fat. One gram of fat gives 9 kilocalories of energy. As brown eggs contain 2 grams more fat, they provide 18 more kilocalories of energy. Both white and brown eggs don't have carbohydrates or fiber. They have zero fiber.

Both white egg and brown egg doesn't any contain fiber, they have zero fiber. Regarding vitamin D, white eggs contain 0.4 micrograms, and brown eggs contain 2.2 micrograms. Brown eggs have more vitamin D. Brown egg contains more amount of vitamin D than white eggs.

White eggs contain 35 micrograms of folic acid, while brown eggs contain 28 micrograms. For vitamin E, which helps maintain youthfulness, white eggs contain 700 milligrams, and brown eggs contain 1 gram. White eggs contain 24 micrograms of vitamin A, and brown eggs contain 25 micrograms.

White eggs contain 24 milligrams of calcium, and brown eggs contain 25 milligrams. Both brown and white eggs contain 1 milligram of iron per 100 grams. Selenium, useful for improving sperm cell quality and motility, is present at 31 milligrams in brown eggs and 20 milligrams in white eggs.

Zinc is present at 0.6 milligrams in both white and brown eggs. Cholesterol is 183 milligrams in white eggs and 177 milligrams in brown eggs. Vitamin B-12 is present at 0.6 micrograms in brown eggs and 0.4 micrograms in white eggs. We need about 2.4 micrograms of vitamin B - 12 per day. 

One egg provides about 25% of the daily requirement for vitamin B-12.

Due to constant feeding and lack of proper rest, these hens have low hormone production, leading to sickness and infections.

To cure infections in poultry, many antibiotics and medicines are injected into the hens. The eggs from these unmoved hens are widely sold in the market. Doctors and experts say that eating such eggs can cause significant hormonal changes.

I think now you understand the difference between hens that are confined and those that roam freely and eat natural food. Country hens eat natural food, rest at night, live healthily, and lay nutritious eggs.
