Due to changes in the climate during the rainy season, because of variations in our immunity or an increase in harmful germs, many people suffer from seasonal diseases like colds, coughs, and fevers. People think they have low immunity and that's why they face these illnesses every year in the same season.

They believe it's normal for their bodies. But this doesn't have to be the case. To prevent these seasonal illnesses from coming back during the rainy season or other seasons, I will tell you how to boost your immunity. Boosting immunity help protect your body from viruses and bacteria in the air.

I will tell you the remedies all the precautions to improving the immunity.

It may to treat the cold, fever, just fever or fever along with cold and cough, many people take antibiotics and other medicines to get relief from these illnesses. Not just for fever or cold, people use antibiotics along with some other medicines to treat body pains too.

However, using these medicines frequently can weaken our immune system. The body will not be able to reduce the inflammation which may the reason for these illnesses. So, your immune system weakens slowly. To strengthen the immune system and prevent these illnesses seasonally.

There is a simple method that can boost immunity is fasting.

Fasting is the one greatest medicine which can treat these 3 seasonal illnesses. When you have a cold, fever, or cough, you should fast immediately. Even when you are not sick also, fasting can help to boost immunity. You can recover from colds, fevers, and coughs with just this one method.

Fasting is a drug less therapy which helps you recover at home without any doctor. You can get rid of these symptoms in 50 to 60 percent less time than it would usually take with medicines. Many people don't realize the power of fasting. Every living being uses fasting as medicine to cure their illnesses.

It helps them get rid of illnesses quickly. Yet, when people get sick, they spend most of their time taking medicines. So, at least from now on trying to practice fasting can help you to recover more easily. It would help recover from them very quickly.

Even a child as young as two or three years old or a people in old age can benefit from fasting.

You are eating daily which the stomach and intestines are digesting and you are getting energy to work. Some harmful microbes might have caused the body illnesses line cold, cough, fever. So, the body is in crisis. Your body asks for a break to let it protect itself from these issues.

It might show signs like a coated tongue, bitterness in the mouth, lack of hunger, reduced appetite. It may also indicate not to eat food by reducing saliva in the mouth. It tells you not to eat as you normally do and not to waste your energy by causing aches. So, when you have a cold, fever, or cough, you don't feel like eating or being active. 

You will be dull and lethargic. If you give rest to the stomach listening to the body it works like a medicine. During that time, it is best if you can give rest to the body without eating or moving much. Drink lukewarm or hot water from the time you wake up without taking food. Drinking 1.5 litres of water will let you have bowel movements.

Otherwise, take an enema to clear stool from the intestines. Avoid eating until 9 or 10 in the morning and work on an empty stomach. Drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water before starting work at 9 or 10 AM, and ensure a second bowel movement. Make sure you defecate twice in the morning.

Seasonal sicks

If unable to have a second bowel movement in the morning, aim to do so after starting work but before 11 am.

Drink 3 liters of water twice and defecate twice in the morning. If you haven't had a proper bowel movement, consider using an enema to cleanse the intestines. Drink 3 liters of water twice a day and have two bowel movements until 1 or 2 in the afternoon.

This should be your main goal. If needed, drink honey water, else stay until 1 or 2 in the afternoon just with water. Mix 4 to 5 spoons of honey with a glass of hot water and add lemon juice at between 1 to 2 in the afternoon. Adjust honey, water and lemon based on your wish.

There's no issue even if you consume an additional 2 spoons of honey. Mix honey water with a pinch of pepper and cardamom powder and drink, if you want. They act best as anti-inflammatory. Two hours after drinking honey water, have a glass of water at regular intervals. Consume honey water again at 5 PM in the evening.

Drink coconut water between 6:30 or 7 PM, and have honey water before bedtime. Drink lemon honey water 3 to 4 times a day, mixing 4 to 5 spoons of honey with water each time. Drink honey water once a day for 2 to 3 days. No matter how severe the infection be it cold, fever, cough, or any other illness the immune system activates and eliminates the microbes causing the infection.

The scientific studies prove that body's repair and cleansing processes.

During a 24-hour fast are 5 to 4 times more effective than a normal day. The body is known to repair and cleanse so effectively during this time. Resting the stomach prompts our immune system to combat germs 4 to 5 times harder. Eating normally with medicines limits immune system to work for just 4 to 5 hours.

During fasting, your immune system operates continuously for 24 hours, becoming 4 to 5 times more potent. Its effectiveness more than doubles. Therefore, the immune system combats colds, coughs, or fever four to five times more effectively and rapidly.

From kids to adults, whenever you experience such illnesses, fasting is recommended. The body will fight and protect itself from these illnesses. It will stimulate the production of antibodies and enhance immunity, so that colds, fevers, and coughs do not recur.
